Engage

A tree is meant to grow. The roots grow strong, the trunk grows tall, and the tree begins to branch out. Churches are meant to grow and branch out, too. Jesus gives us the joyful work of engaging our community: going out to share the saving gospel message so that the rooms of heaven may be filled.

If someone asked you what it means to be a part of the Christian church, how would you answer? "A Church on the R.I.S.E." talks about God’s goals for us as Christians and as a Christian church. We are ROOTED in God's Word. We have IDENTITY in Christ. We want to SERVE God and others. We will ENGAGE with the community.
